Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Work together with your store team to impress customers at every turn
- Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with pre-sales queries and order completions, as well as post-sales questions and escalating the odd complaint
- Support your team with promotional changes and store housekeeping, and report to Store Managers
- Always be on the lookout for new ways to improve the store, service, and better serve the customers
The training you will be getting
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Customer Services
- Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and maths and to have taken level 2 English and maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship
