Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire

Hours of Work – 40hrs/week – Mon-Fri between the hours of 9am - 8pm, flexible working pattern. 

Salary - £24k (OTE circa £30K)

What you’ll be doing

• Contact Yopa Estate Agency clients- buyers & sellers to build relationships and secure financial services appointments
• Build and nurture robust relationships with clients and colleagues and seize every lead opportunity available.
• Understand the wide range of products & services that are available to our Brokers
• Work closely with Scout’s dedicated Mortgage Administrators & Brokers to ensure cases are completed efficiently and in line with FCA regulations.
• Completion of Cemap or equivalent on achieving set milestones

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience working within a sales environment
• CeMAP qualified advantageous not essential
• Evidence being customer focused
• Have a drive and a passion to achieve and succeed
• Demonstrate the ability to work towards and exceed targets and goals
• Work together with your colleagues to uphold Scouts company values
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and education as an essential quality for this trainee position.
