The Role: As a Business Studies Teacher, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Your role will involve meticulously planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a love for business studies among students. Marking and assessment are integral parts of this role, ensuring that each student receives personalized feedback to aid their development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the needs of a diverse student body.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Plan and implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress.
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Specialization in Business Studies or related field.
* Proven experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
