PRS are working with a well known Facilities Management company who are looking to recruit a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover the Midlands area.
In this role you will going to various sites across the Midlands, all office buildings as the sites first point of call for PPM and reactive maintenance.
You will responsible for AC & HVAC tasks, emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing and fabric work.
About you:
In return, you will receive a salary of £34,530 a year plus door to door pay, 25 days annual leave, 4% bonus subject to achieving targets, van (can be used for personal use), fuel card, phone, tools, uniform and additional benefits including life assurance, pension up to 6%, health cash plan and up to 10% off B&Q.
