The role of an estate agent is to familiarise yourself with an already existing database, build relationships and generate new business. This could be via valuation leads, viewings, negotiating offers and canvassing.

The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within Essex and East London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.

The existing team in this office have been dominating market share in their patches, this being due to the new age and modern way of tackling estate agency using the likes of social media content to show off the brand.

The current fee earning team is made up of two directors, a sales manager, a sales negotiator and sales progressor. This position is to expand on this already high performing team. You will be working alongside all the staff members and will get coaching on the job to elevate your career and knowledge within estate agency.

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £25,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £35,000.- £45,000. Full driver's license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks, working 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day off in the week.
