The Group Infrastructure and Operations (GIO) have an exciting opportunity for a Request Fulfilment & Access Analyst to join their team.
In Defra you will work with internal and external teams daily in delivery of IT services as part of the Service Management Operating Model.
If you are passionate about delivering quality IT services that enable delivery of widespread digital change, we’d like to hear from you!
In this role you will work with a small team of analysts, acting as an escalation point for the service desk where requests are not covered by procedure. You will liaise with external suppliers and internal teams to manage requests. The work is varied and provides development opportunities.
