Who we are:
State Street Global Advisors manages and is a promoter of investment funds in multiple domiciles (Luxembourg, UK, Ireland, France and North America). The Global Funds Management team is responsible for handling all processes related to fund governance, including coordination of board meetings and offering documents (prospectus, KIIDs, KIDs). We also oversee the fund financial statement preparation process and audits thereof.

We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking & self-reliant individual to join our Funds and Board Governance team.
What you will be responsible for:
You will be responsible for contributing to all Board and committee report related tasks in connection with our Irish, Luxembourg, UK and North American fund ranges.
You will assist in collation of metrics and data to feed into various committee reports that support our Fund Boards and internal operating units. You will partner with constituents to develop and maintain a robust annual contract renewal process under US and European directed regulatory regimes.

Daily functions would include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring timely execution of all BAU processes with a focus on minimizing enterprise risk
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including other business lines and corporate functions
- Participating in Quarterly Board meetings coordination and committee reporting, which includes advanced organizational skills
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate collection of metrics and data to feed into various committee reports
- Performing analysis of metrics and data collected to ensure quality of reporting
- Maintaining the highest standards of conduct and integrity within the business and ensuring compliance with industry practice, company policies, statute and regulatory requirements in all matters
- Participating in key projects to improve efficiencies and re-evaluate processes

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) with a financial or analytical discipline preferred
- At least 3 years of experience working in financial company
- Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficient
- Knowledge of European fund regulation (e.g. UCITS V, AIFMD), ETFs and Mutual Funds would be helpful
