Painter

Salary: 23212.11

Hours: Monday Friday 40 HPW

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint filling holes and repairing any damage
• Mix and match paint colours to achieve desired results
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes rollers or sprayers
• Ensure that surfaces are properly coated and finished according to specifications
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary

Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of working indoors and outdoors in all elements

Health and safety standards and awareness are critical

Full clean UK driving license

Knowledge of painting techniques and materials

• Familiarity with different types of paints and finishes
• Physical stamina to stand bend and kneel for extended periods of time
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces if required
• Excellent colour vision and manual dexterity

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Contribute to the Property & Facilities team to ensure that the business is supported correctly & carry out its daily functions without interruption. All requests should be completed in a timely and appropriate manner by gibing the best advice possible

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Ability to display initiative confidence and professionalism

Take pride in your work and ability to work within a team

Ability to use electronic tablet devices

Preferred:

• IPAF trained
• PASMA trained
