The company This is a newly created venue as part of a wider estate which encompasses accommodation, club house and hospitality space. With a brand new team being brought on this is a great opportunity for the right person to join at a super exciting time!
The role The Bar Manager will lead the development of an innovative alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks selection with creative flair and be super passionate about creating the ultimate bar experience for guests. The role will oversee daily operations and ensure a very high quality of service whilst also driving the maximum revenue.
About you We are looking for a polished and articulate Bar Manager with experience in working for 4* or 5* hotels / venues as either a supervisor or manager. Due to the location of the venue a full driving license and car is essential and a personal alcohol license is preferable.
