Grafton Manor is a 19 bed service providing highly specialised neuro-behavioural rehabilitation for men and women aged 18 years and older, with an acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury and strokes. The rehabilitation programme at Grafton Manor is particularly aimed at helping people who have experienced cognitive, behavioural and emotional changes as a consequence of brain injury to ensure they can access all areas of rehabilitation. Grafton Manor is in a quiet village in peaceful countryside and includes an attractive, historic and purpose-fitted cottage called The Chantry, a flat and a studio flat. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of the healthcare team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our patients and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. What we will give you:
