• Managing the recruitment process
• Time management
• Write adverts
• Negotiate

The training you will be getting

• You will achieve the Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship standard
• There are workshops that you will need to attend
• You will have a Mentor for one-to-one teaching and learning
