About Our Client

My client, a charitable organisation based in Reigate are hiring for a Payroll Administrator to come on board on a permanent basis.

Job Description

• The full end to end process of payroll.
• Working to strict deadlines to deliver an accurate monthly payroll.
• Collation of data from timesheet summaries to upload into the payroll system.
• Calculation of SPP, SMP, SPP, Court orders and holiday pay.
• Processing of reports for data verification and audit purposes.
• Collaboration with HR team and Finance team to deliver the payroll and associated reporting.
• Supporting employees with queries on all aspects of pay.
• Provide cover for payroll manager during periods of leave.
• Maintaining confidentiality and GDPR processes at all times.

The Successful Applicant

• Sound knowledge of payroll processing
• Strong numerical skills, excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
