Graduate Teaching Assistant | Nottingham - NG2 | £85 - £95 Per Day | ASAP Start | Full Time

Here at LTF Recruitment we are currently working with an amazing partner primary school who offers a truly unique approach to the teaching and learning of young students. Our partner school prides themselves on building characters first, giving students the space they need to grow both socially and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers in the classroom ensuring a consistent high quality lesson delivery.
• Work on a 1:1 basis with SEN students, supporting their academic progress.
• Foster the curiosity of young minds by encouraging engagement in exciting classroom activities.
• Champion individual SEN students' academic progress and advocate for their learning needs.
• Adjust dynamically to the needs of the class of both individual students and the whole class.

What are we looking for? Requirements? You will need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, Education or a related subject.
• Relevant Work or Volunteering experience.
• A passion and enthusiasm for working with SEN students.
• A dedication and desire to pursue a career in education or related fields.
• exceptional interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator.
• Somebody that is comfortable working in both small groups and 1:1 situations.
