DELIVERY SUPPORT OFFICER (PROJECT SUPPORT)
Our Client, one of the UK's leading Energy providers is looking to recruit a Delivery Support Officer to join their already established team in Gloucester. The Successful candidate will join the Nuclear Security division and will be responsible for the following -
- Using P3M techniques, support Nuclear Security Small Medium Enterprises focus on delivery by providing simple, enabling services to allow Nuclear Security to understand its delivery progress and better manage risks to delivery.
- Support Nuclear Security managers' licensee engagement by presentation of data and performance indicators relevant to each licensee, working with Ops Support, Security Assurance Analyst.
- Coordinate licensee accountability pack inputs from across Nuclear Security (and other Nuclear Services branches where required, eg PWRT I&C).
- Provide Management Information to support HoSSD and Nuclear Security Manager focus on delivery progress, risk management and change management within Nuclear Services and licensee processes.
- Collate and manage an integrated view of Nuclear Security delivery progress and plans for all licensees on a 10 year horizon, working with and supporting branch SME leads/project managers, and other Nuclear Services branches.
- Support HoSSD in administration of risk management and change management within Nuclear Services.
- Work with HoSSD, Branch Managers and Admin & Finance Officer to ensure delivery and delivery risks are appropriately costed, to deliver maximum value for each licensee and collectively.
- Support HoSSD develop simple, clear methods to manage licensee demands from identification through to delivery, including resource management.
Support HoSSD management of security supply chain strategic relationships, including working with A&F Officer and 'Responsible Engineers'/Security SMEs in Nuclear Security to delivery on time and cost supply chain support.
Please note; if successful you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary ongoing basis until end of June 2024 with scope for extension. Our client is operating a Hybrid working model, therefore the need to be onsite a number of days a week is essential but there is scope to WFH.
