Job description
To provide a professional and profitent service to monitor what comes in and what goes out and our budgeting plan for funding applications.
What will you be doing?Your primary responsibilities will be to:
● Duties of a Purchase and Sales Clerk
● Writing up daily gate book
● Tallying up figures after each day and week
● Processing Staff expenses
● Filing and Photocopying receipts
● Managing Petty Cash
● Data Entry
● Producing Invoices
● Banking and Reconciliation
● Chasing outstanding debt
● Working closely with the Beulah Family Church Hall Hire Team
● Undertake any other routine day-to-day tasks and duties reasonably requested by the line manager
● Undertake Training as requested by the company
● Adhere to confidentiality and security of information at all times and in line with data protection act and company protocols
● Adhere to and promote the company's policies including health and safety and equality and diversity
