- Hours : 9:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
- Salary : £25,000
What will you be doing?
- Process all documents and assist with customers requirements within the branch efficiently and effectively.
- Investigate and promptly respond to queries and complaints from external, internal customers, and suppliers, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Administer daily paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Maintain documentation completeness in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), facilitating smooth operations and audit readiness.
- Handle invoice processing, accurately distributing charges to relevant departments and maintaining thorough billing records.
- Facilitate interdepartmental cross-billing and invoicing, ensuring seamless financial transactions across the organization.

- Working Knowledge of SAP: Familiarity with SAP, streamlining processes and contributing effectively to our operations.
