Job description
To lead the development of and deliver bespoke induction programmes for Student Midwives commencing in the Trust. Taking national requirements for registration into account, the post holder will ensure that the students are fully prepared with the knowledge and skills required to undertake their Objective Structured Clinical Examination. To support the Student Midwives in their role in practice the post holder will be expected to work with them in their clinical area To act as a resource for clinical advice and professional direction in midwifery care, promoting an educational environment in the clinical setting.
