Job description
Multi Trades Recruitment are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer to join our team at a Social Housing Association in Manchester. As a Roofer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing various types of roofs to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.
About the job: - Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
- £17 Per hour / Weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out various roofing tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company, including:
- Tiled Roofs
- Slated Roofs
- Flat Roofs
- Leadwork (flashings, etc.)
- Pointing Valleys and Verges
- Brickwork repairs
- Chimneys and pots
- Working safely at heights
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer.
- Proficiency in various roofing tasks, including the ones listed above.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Relevant roofing qualifications/certifications (preferred).
