An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who has hit a brick wall career-wise and is looking to take that step up and Head up a Private team to genuinely work towards Partnership.

This established law firm in North Hampshire is looking for a Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to become Head of Department of the private client team, in this key placement. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give the right support required to climb the career ladder. You'll be supervising fee earners and support staff. 

As the Head of Private Client, you will be handling a varied caseload and building trusted, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to include wills, probate, IHT, tax planning, trusts, and complex estate administrations. 

Your role as a Head of Private Client will involve:

• Able to grow the private client department
• A full range of private client matters
• Being able to business develop and network to gain new business
