Commercial Manager
Very excited to be recruiting for a freelance Commercial Manager for projects in the South East.
You would have overall commercial responsibility for multiple projects based around the Surrey/Basingstoke/Southampton/Devizes and Jersey (maybe once a week, or once every other week to Jersey).
My client, a commercial, cost and construction project management consultancy from London are looking for someone from a contracting background. Ideally with 10-15 years experience, if you have listed building experience this would be great but it’s not critical.
They are looking for is an allrounder, with experience on projects like high end residential and commercial schemes. Projects are diverse but cover high end, listed buildings undergoing private renovation/restoration (and comprising high end private resi) as well as mixed use developments which compromise commercial/hotels.
This role is outside of scope of IR35. Cost of travel to and from Jersey, plus any accommodation needed for that project, would be covered.
The anticipated duration of the contract is 12 months to start with.
