Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School wishes to appoint an exceptional practitioner with the ability to inspire, motivate and support students and staff.  This role will suit an ambitious individual who wishes to aspire in leadership in Catholic Education.  

We have recently been awarded ‘Good’ in our last Ofsted Inspection and senior leaders have established an ambitious, knowledge-rich curriculum where students experience the very best knowledge in teaching.

This leadership role will focus on our strategy for vocational education and lead on the vocational qualifications we offer including acting as Quality Nominee.

The successful candidate will:

• Demonstrate successful middle management experience in a secondary school.
• Be an inspiring leader with high expectations of student achievement and behaviour.
• A proven track record of impact through effective improvement strategies to drive change and raise standards for students of all abilities. 
• Be a great team player with the ability to motivate others.
• Be an excellent communicator with a welcoming manner and calm disposition.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to raise academic standards.
