The job is simple we are looking for people who have a passion for customer service, as a Customer Solutions Agent you will be taking ownership of calls from customers who are in financial difficulty and trying to get them on the right track with an affordable payment plan to start their journey, showing that level of understanding and empathy! This is such a rewarding role with plenty of support on hand to help you along the way.

Lets get down to the details:

• Monday to Thursday between the hours 8am - 8pm - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (every 3rd Saturday 8am - 2pm)
• Kilmarnock based office with Hybrid working model (3 days in office and 2 days at home)
• Salary of £22,000 per annum plus bonus opportunities up to £350 per month
