We are on the hunt for a Staff Pastor to support the growth of a diverse, maturing church plant

Streatham Central Church, planted through Co-Mission will see its 10th birthday in November 2024! We’re in an exciting time now as the church has grown from 20 adults into a multicultural community of around 90 adults and 40 children & youth, with an increasing diversity of discipleship needs and ministry opportunities.

We are seeking a new staff pastor to complement and lead alongside our part-time founding staff pastor, wider eldership team, and small staff team to steward the growth God is giving us.

• Do you have experience in leadership of an evangelical church, with the qualities of a servant leader seen in 1 Timothy 3:1-7/Titus 1:6–9?
• Are you attentive to a diverse range of care and discipleship needs?
• Do you have passion and gifting to develop and oversee a range of ministries that equip the church to make disciples of all nations?

Streatham Central Church (SCC) gathers every Sunday in a local primary school in Streatham, South West London. And we encourage the church family to be part of our Home Church programme, where smaller communities gather mid-week to study the bible and support one another through the week. SCC is part of Co-Mission, FIEC and the Evangelical Alliance.
