(Band 5 Pending Job Description Approval) To manage, co-ordinate and lead the care Group team of administration staff, organising and prioritising the allocation of work to provide a patient-centred service. To ensure effective supervision and line management structures are in place and provide day-to-day management for allocated members of the admin team. Ensure a consistent approach in all administrative staffing issues, including maintaining personnel files, absence management, training and education records. To develop and maintain a robust induction package for new and temporary administration staff. To hold regular team meetings and to foster the development of the team. To facilitate excellent communication within the department by disseminating all information received by you to the team and by feeding back relevant comments and queries to the Business Support Manager.
