This stunning multi award winning Manor House Boutique Hotel with Magnificent bedrooms is looking for an Inspirational and creative Chef de Partie to join their existing talented team of chefs - where your career will develop to a new level and your skills and talent will grow !!

This elegant Hotel combines traditional values with chic contemporary accommodation.

An array of exquisite dishes is available under the guidance of the head chef. This team create accomplished cuisine, from the irresistible fine dining menu to the more simple classics menu.

Chef de Partie Requirements:

Ideally 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen or catering college, with at least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie cooking in a 2AA Rosette standard/ fresh food kitchen
Experience in all sections of the kitchen and ability to supervise and train Commis Chefs and Demi CDP’s.
A team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work
A passionate and hard-working individual
A relevant qualification in Culinary Arts would be highly desirable
Good working knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations

This is a permanent position.

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
