Job description
Our client based in New Milton are a long-established family-owned removals firm and they have an immediate requirement for two experienced 7.5 Tonne Drivers to help initially with some short-term temporary cover on an ongoing basis.
You will be required to travel regionally and nationwide in the company vehicles to assist with domestic house removals in a safe and timely manner. You will drive the companies 7.5 tonne truck but will also be required to help with the removal work, so must be prepared for heavy lifting and moving of boxes and items of furniture plus walking up and down stairs for long periods. Applicants must have a valid 7.5 tonne license and CPC. Recent or previous removals experience would be a distinct advantage. The nature of the work dictates that flexibility in working times are essential, standard start time will be 08:00 am Monday to Friday and the finishing times vary from job to job.Proud member of the Disability Confident employer scheme
