Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator
Our client is a new and rapidly expanding Block and Estate Managing Agent. With a small, experienced team and an established client base, they are recruiting for an enthusiastic, customer focused bookkeeper to help them deliver the high standards their clients are accustomed to.
Our client is seeking a driven individual with a passion for numbers and finance. The role will involve plenty of interaction with clients, contractors, and residents, however its core focus is on raising service charge demands, payment of invoices, and account reconciliation and is well suited to someone who enjoys spreadsheets, numbers, and organisation.

While experience in block management could be beneficial, they are happy to provide industry and software specific training for a motivated, professional, and supportive team member. Some experience in accounting, bookkeeping or finance work required. They can support relevant training and qualifications for the right candidate.
The role is expected to be hybrid with 2-3 days per week working from home, however for the right person this can be flexible depending on circumstances, experience, and aptitude for the position. As a small company, this role would best suit a driven, proactive team-player who welcomes an opportunity to shape their department within the company.
Offer:
£22,000 – £27,000 per annum
