Key Accounts Executive (Red Cross Training)
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester (Hybrid flexible working between home and office)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 35 per week service runs Monday to Friday, either 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm
Salary: Up to £21,181 per annum (dependent on experience), up to £3k on target commission, plus a £300 home working allowance
Your role will be essential in helping grow, maintain and manage customer relationships. This will help ensure that Red Cross Training remains a market leader in the provision of first aid training courses.
You will achieve this by providing customers with a bespoke course booking support and account service. You will act as the first point of contact for an allocated number of our key accounts.
You'll communicate with your customers via a range of channels, particularly inbound telephone and email. You'll nurture customer relationships, and look to maximise sales opportunities. You'll promote our first aid courses and associated products to your customer base, with the overall aim of converting enquiries into bookings.
After costs have been deducted, every penny made from our first aid courses goes to support the work of the British Red Cross.
