Position: Teaching Assistant
Salary Range: £13 - £14 per hour
Location: Bournemouth
Start Date: Immediately
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
GSL Education is supporting a local school in seeking an individual who is passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment. We are actively seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inviting primary school in Bournemouth.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of our educational mission, providing essential support and contributing to the growth and development of our primary school students. Although the school is mainstream primary, you may still be supporting students with Special Education Needs on a 1:1 or small group basis. Therefore, any previous experience or knowledge of SEN is extremely desirable.
The ideal Teaching Assistant candidate will possess relevant experience, a genuine love for primary education, and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in the student. The school provides a healthy work-life balance and has a supportive staff community. The position is open for candidates who are looking for some flexible supply work, but also can be a permanent position if proven efficient.
