RECRUITING NOW: Solar Admin Team Leader

Multi-award-winning CES, needs a  ADMIN TEAM LEADER to join our highly successful Solar Department. The ideal candidate will have strong team leader capabilities with excellent administration skills and will support the team in delivering the highest work standards.

Salary: £32,000.00 annually, PLUS bonus leading to a high earning potential.

Great training will be provided, providing the tools leading to great success.

LOCATION: SWANSEA HEAD OFFICE

Job description:

• Support/guide/train the Solar team to deliver their work to the correct and highest standards.
• Develop and keep up-to-date with new tools leading to the best overall team performance.
• Ensure high quality of work deliverance, recording quality and productivity scores.
• Support any operational tasks to achieve monthly deadlines.
• Support the managing team in reporting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of the data provided.
• Build professional relationships across departments to ensure the success of the operation.

Required skill-set:

• Strong leadership skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Positive approach towards challenges.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Confident and able to motivate others.
• A proactive approach to the task at hand.
• Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and Google Docs.

Desirable skill set (NOT ESSENTIAL):

• Experience within either solar/electrical or both.
