Care Assistant (Days). Telford Hall Care Home

• Full time 3 to 4 days per week 
• 7am- 7pm shifts
• £10.96 per hour

As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:

• Undertaking any necessary training
• Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, mealtimes, and getting involved with daily activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
• Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
• Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. .

What are we looking for?

• A positive outlook and a warm personality
• Able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector- experience is beneficial but certainly not essential!
• Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents
