This role would provide the opportunity for you to become a skilled Software Support Analyst /Application Support Analyst and join an international, market-leading business based in Coventry. They are currently in the process of launching a new enterprise scale application across their global customer base and they need your help! They have a large product roadmap, adding new features and functionality to the platform over the next few years.
So, what sort of candidate are we looking for? You'll need to be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills as there's lots of customer contact. You will be confident and reliable. You will be able to prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively within a team. As well as this, any experience analysing any sort of data would be great, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft applications.
Let me tell you a bit more about what you can expect...
You'll be:
- Helping out with all kinds of software queries and keeping track of them using their support software.
- Working with a bunch of different teams across the company, from software development to customer service.
- Figuring out and solving software problems with the help of a super-skilled team.
- Customising software for clients, writing reports, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Writing software documentation and giving internal and external training sessions.
- Testing new software releases and making sure they're top-notch.
- Helping customers and other teams understand and use the latest software updates.
It's a role that will keep you on your toes, and you'll be working with some awesome people!
