The Role:
- Processing of Fish Insurance new business and renewal documentation for our clients
- Helping to prepare invoices
- Produce daily documentation for our clients and partners
- Process refunds and direct debit requests
- Demonstrate a real passion for learning about our fantastic industry and customer base
- Liaise with customers via different communication channels, live chat, e-mail and post
- Follow the rules and regulations as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop yourself to improve your performance and customer experience.
The Candidate:
- Eagerness to learn and develop yourself
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Passion to learn about our caring industry
- A passion for providing excellent service
- Attention to detail
- Embrace and support our culture
- Proven Admin experience
