Registered Manager – Independent Fostering Agency

Salary up to £63,000

NonStop Social Care is looking for a Registered Fostering Manager to join a Therapeutic Fostering service on a permanent contract in Ramsgate.

The Fostering Agency is part of a well-established children services organisation that provides residential, fostering, specialist education and therapeutic services to vulnerable children and young people.

The independent fostering agency is rated Good Ofsted and has 35 families in care, which makes approximately 50 young people with 5 families going through the Form F assessment.

Responsibilities

The registered fostering manager is responsible for the overall run of the fostering service and compliance with Ofsted. The successful candidate is an experienced registered manager or deputy manager that would like to step up.

Requirements

Please apply if:

– you are a Qualified Social Worker

– you have a good amount of years post qualifying experience with IFA or local authority fostering

– you have management experience
