Business Analyst - Change Programmes 

Manchester M50 or Staines TW18

Flexible / Hybrid working options (i. e up to 3/4 days WFH)

Permanent - Full time 37. 5hours

£50,500 - £55,000 - depending on experience with fantastic benefits & 10% Management Bonus

The Business Analyst will partner with our UK Executive team and stakeholders to translate emerging opportunities into outstanding business and customer outcomes that enable Bupa to achieve its strategy of becoming the UK's most admired healthcare company.

As a Business Analyst will provide support to UK Business Change Managers in understanding the business, its operations and practices, together with environmental, market and healthcare industry contexts, to establish cost effective solutions that enable the business to achieve its ambitions and objectives.
