Real Estate Solicitor - NQ+
Location: Exeter
Our client is a leading firm in the South West and beyond, and is looking for a bright and ambitious newly qualified solicitor to join their award-winning Real Estate team which is recognised as one of the best in the UK.
The team advises clients across the private and public sector on wide range of real estate transactions including: investment, finance, development, strategic land and regeneration schemes. You will have the chance to get involved in some incredibly meaningful work, undertaking a lot of work in the public sector including social housing development and regeneration.
You will be working alongside some truly talented lawyers in a large national team, meaning you will have the chance to learn from the best and grow and develop at a firm invested in your success. This opportunity is perfect for a solicitor with a real interest in commercial property (ideally evidenced through a seat during your training contract) that wants to join a fantastic team in growth mode.
