Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and coordinating orders with precision? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Join our clients team as an Internal Sales Processing Co-Ordinator and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Our clients mission is to provide innovative, integrated health care products and services; and to be trusted advisors and consultants to their customers - enabling them to deliver the best quality patient care and enhance their practice management efficiency and profitability. The are a worldwide distributor of medical and dental supplies including vaccines, pharmaceutical products, financial services and equipment.

Tasks

As Internal Sales Processing Co-Ordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing orders and inquiries for all Wholesale related customers. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their orders.

Additionally, you'll provide support to the external sales team and facilitate lab imports, ensuring smooth processing and handling of queries related to imports and invoicing.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm OR Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
