Project Manager (12 month FTC)
City of London
£65,000 - £75,000 per annum
We are working with a leading London Market Insurer, who operates on a global scale and prides themselves on a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their Change Management department on a 12 month FTC.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver complex projects within the Change Management department.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure successful project implementation.
* Develop project plans, budgets, and time lines in alignment with company objectives.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement necessary mitigation strategies.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the insurance industry.
* Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
* Experience of underwriting systems / policy administration systems; namely Guidewire Policy Centre, Genius, SAP.
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
