Real Estate Solicitor
4+ PQE

Global Law firm/ Tier 1 Real Estate Team
This market leading, tier one team are looking to recruit a residential site set up lawyer to be based in their modern offices in the centre of Cardiff. In this role you would be working with a variety of partners across the whole practice group.
The ideal solicitor will have 4+ years' experience of dealing with complex estate set up exercises of largescale development schemes for both for residential and mix use developers. You will also have experience in client negotiation of plot transfers and agreements. Within this role you would be responsible for the setup of the legal framework for development sites, this includes drafting contacts, leases/transfers, information sheets and more. It is important that you have knowledge of infrastructure agreements for both residential and mix use developers.
This would be perfect for a real estate solicitor who already specialises in this area but perhaps is looking to take a step up in terms of quality of work and compensation package.
