Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing Advice Team, contributing towards the prevention of homelessness.
The role if for 30 hours per week and is fixed term for 12 months. The role requires excellent written and oral communication, with a commitment to delivering a high- quality housing options service. You will be required to have an understanding of homelessness services have an empathetic approach to sensitive situations. You will provide support to the team in assisting with customer enquiries, responsible for administrative tasks and support the team with monitoring and preparing data.
