Based in Grosmont Station.
£23,500 -£25,000 depending on experience

The Pullman Dining Train usually operates a Lunchtime Service, Thursday – Sunday during the main operating season with additional services during the winter period. You will work more hours per week during the main operating season (23rd March to 3rd November 2024) and less during the winter period.
The Pullman Dining Team provide a fine dining experience for up to 110 guests on each trip. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Pullman Head Chef to prepare, cook and serve passengers their pre-ordered meals. Once trained you would be available to cover in the head chef’s absence.
