Job Description
This role would suit someone who is passionate about Customer Experience and has progressed throughout the Contact Centre / Customer Services pathway. This role will be largely customer focused and will play a huge part in support the business through change processes to enable excellent colleague and customer experience.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with stakeholders across the industry.
- Lead and mentor the customer service team to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Manage and resolve high-level customer service issues.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the customer service department.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Engagement Lead should have:
- An academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a regulated industry.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong understanding of customer service practices and principles.
- The ability to analyse customer feedback and use it to inform strategy.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team.
