Client Partner Manager

As we continue to grow and evolve how we partner with our clients, we are recruiting for a new team of Client Partners to focus on expanding our services within existing accounts.

As a Client Partner within Randstad, you will lead on increasing wallet share with our existing regional and national accounts. Following successful implementation of new accounts you will be responsible for maximising the win, while also developing growth within a portfolio of existing clients. Reporting to a Client Partner Director, you will take full ownership of your client database, driving sales of solutions aligned with our core recruitment and HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and convert a database of new prospects within the designated market sector and client accounts.
• Focus on growth within a selected group of named accounts in consultation with the Sales Director.
• Execute a robust sales strategy including proactive management of the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and delivering sales presentations.
• Achieve financial targets and budgets for account wins within the first year of trading.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and growth of accounts, including production of delivery guides and alignment of SLAs.
• Drive initiatives to improve commerciality and profitability across accounts.
• Back up all activity with strong account plans and track progress using technology platforms.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a sales capacity within the recruitment industry.
• Familiarity with sectors aligned to our growth strategy, including professional, operational, mid-market MSP/RPO, and digital.
• White-collar experience across specific sectors such as FMCG, financial services, manufacturing, engineering, automotive, digital transformation, and life sciences.
• Understanding of services customers seek from recruitment agencies in talent-scarce environments.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders on business challenges, ED&I topics, talent planning, and other relevant subjects.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written).
• A team player capable of leveraging wider teams to strengthen relationships, knowledge, and share leads for new business opportunities.
