Are you passionate about safeguarding personal data in today's digital landscape? Orange Business is seeking a skilled Global Privacy Expert to join our team and ensure compliance with data protection laws across our global operations.
As the Global Privacy Expert, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with our Chief Data Protection Officer and play a pivotal role in implementing and supervising our data protection program. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our organization towards maintaining the highest standards of privacy.
About the role:
- Participate in the deployment and continuous improvement of our data protection program, ensuring compliance with European and national laws, where Orange Business is established.
- Educate and advise internal stakeholders on personal data protection principles and guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures to enhance data protection practices.
- Review privacy risk assessments and provide recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of records of processing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local data protection laws.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs on data protection.
- Contribute to the design and update of awareness information.
- Monitor and address personal data incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Liaise with supervisory authorities, as necessary.
votre profil
About you:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an ICT environment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in personal data protection.
- Ability to translate legal requirements into practical operational positions.
- Strong understanding of ICT services and operational activities.
- Master's degree in law or qualified lawyer status preferred.
- Relevant data protection certifications (CIPM / CIPE) would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
