Customer Service Administrator
Office-based at our High Wycombe head office
Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours
25 days annual leave (plus your birthday off), hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role in being responsible for administrative duties in the Scheduling Team and also supporting the National Service Managers with some general administration tasks. You will have the opportunity to have a 50/50 split of time spent supporting both teams. Some more brief responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator are:
Liaising with National Service Managers and supporting in various administration tasks
Clearing Actions - (Back Office Comments)
Updating the Parts Backlog Report and attendance at weekly update meeting
Data Updates (Who’s Who)
Fulfil requests for data from customers/teams within the business
Generating engineer van stock orders & closing out once shipped
Managing changes to on-call rota and populating this on to the CRM system.
Re-Scheduling of Hydrex service orders
Quotes Report - data cleansing where required
Assisting with Municipal Contract Renewals on an annual basis
Cover the Scheduling team duties in periods of sickness and holidays when required including Municipal team
Reasonable flexibility in working hours when essential to cover urgent situations or unexpected workload is provided
General requirements for the role:
English, Maths & IT GCSE or equivalent
Fluent in English with good communication skills (with both internal and external customers)
Previous work within a customer service environment
Experience of call handling
Ability to forge strong customer relationships
Computer literate
Ability to deal with difficult customers and employees
