This is a permanent, full-time position. We would be interested in hearing from you if you are a strong Deputy looking for a step up into Nursery Management!

The role:• Recruiting, training and managing all staff: ensuring a positive and productive work environment where staff feel valued
and supported.
- Ensuring all regulatory standards are met and high standards across all aspects of the nursery’s work are maintained.
- Working with senior personnel across the organisation to make a positive contribution to senior team meetings to
ensure the continued success of the organisation
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the nursery
- Work closely with parents and carers, canvassing and valuing their views and opinions
- Provide regular and accurate reports on nursery occupancy and future forecasting
- Oversee the care and education of all children to ensure it is of the very highest standards
- Remaining up to date with all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth and safe running of the nursery.
The candidate;
- Must be qualified to at least level 3 Early Years Educator
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior leadership role in early years
- Be confident and ambitious
- Have excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
The contract.
- Mondays to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Full time position, 40 hours a week over 4.5 or 5 days
- Nursery open 51 weeks a year.
