Job Title: Data Governance Lead

Role Summary:

In this role, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining the data governance framework, ensuring data quality and compliance throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and processes


• Establish data governance framework, including data quality, data privacy, and data security practises


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards


• Perform regular data assessments and audits to identify and resolve data integrity issues


• Provide guidance and support to business units on data governance best practises


• Develop and deliver training programmes on data governance principles and processes

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Management, Information Management)


• Proven experience in data governance or data management


• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practises


• Experience in implementing data governance initiatives in a complex organisation


• Familiarity with data protection regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
