Administration Assistant (Role B)

Admin Role B - Permanent

22.5 hrs pw, term-time only (work 39 weeks/paid 45.05 weeks)

NJC/LGA 4A SCP 9-10 actual salary range £13,233 - £13,457 p/a

Full-time salary £25,119 - £25,545 p/a

For the right candidate we can be flexible with hours per week or weeks per year.

We seek a creative and solution orientated individual to join the Administration Team at Blatchington Mill School. This is a key role in a busy organisation, working with the Senior Admin Officer and several colleagues in the Admin Hub.

The duties are varied and interesting, the successful candidate will work with all groups across the school to support teaching and learning and the smooth running of this dynamic organisation

Blatchington Mill is a large, successful school and this team is central to its smooth operation. Some time on the school’s reception desks will be required when the successful candidate will need to represent a professional welcome whilst supporting our efficient safeguarding systems.

Other responsibilities include school home communications, reprographics, management of booking and appointments. A willingness to share first aid duties is an advantage and training would be given.
