Job description
- Your focus areas will be to develop the right solutions for process-based equipment in manufacturing.
- Create and review specifications for new equipment.
- Factory/Site acceptance and commissioning/implementation of new equipment.
- Upgrading existing equipment to ensure safe and optimal performance
- Interrogate equipment issues, in electrical equipment, drive technologies, HMI's and PLCs
- Programming & Commissioning of Control Systems / PLCs
- Consulting with suppliers on repair and amending PLC related issues
- Involvement in fault finding and fault prevention
- Create necessary reports to communicate to peers and management
- Able to develop people and work as part of a team
