Ideal Location: Head Office Thame, United Kingdom, OX9
(Hybrid working including H/O, Field and Clients premise)
Salary: £40-45K DOE
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm (37.5 hours a week)
As the Account Manager, you'll rapidly immerse yourself in understanding every facet of your clients’ businesses, gaining an understanding of the services and performance levels they expect from us. Using this insight, coupled with your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen, you will build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with Suntory client stakeholders to gain alignment against all field delivery principles including operations, training, and future talent pipeline across both businesses.
- Become lead for the ‘One team’ working relationship between BDE and RDE teams across Convenience ensuring right the process and infrastructure is in place to delivery against core business KPI’s.
- Be key lead and proactively drive field delivery at relevant client meetings, for example ‘Excellent Execution’, owning all actions on behalf of field.
- Tactical Sales alignment with core field delivery, owning call file set up support in partnership with Tactical Account Manager.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Compile commercial proposals and monitor and control budgets to meet sales and net revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills – comfortable and adept at managing multiple stakeholders and relationships.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to adopt a creative or innovative approach when needed.
- Previous experience working as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proven track record of consistently over-delivering against targets with demonstrated tenacity
- Commercial acumen, including the ability to manage forecasts, budgets and costings.
Desired:
- Field sales, agency, retail or FMCG experience
